AI automation for Dallas businesses
Dallas–Fort Worth runs on logistics, healthcare admin and professional services — three sectors where most of the working day is one team moving information between systems that do not talk.
We do not claim a Dallas office, because we do not have one. What you get instead: a contract with LabTechCrew LLC, a Texas limited liability company, governed by Texas law · one named person on your project, reachable on a US number · 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday · prices published on this site before you call.
What we automate
Where Dallas operations usually lose hours
Someone re-types the same information into two systems every day.
Leads arrive by email and get to your CRM whenever somebody remembers.
You want AI in your operations but every vendor wants to sell you a platform.
A workflow audit first
Half a day mapping what actually happens, where the delay is, and what it costs in hours per month. Some of what we find is not worth automating and we will say so.
Automations built in n8n
Self-hostable and open, so the workflows are yours. No per-task pricing that punishes you for growing, and no vendor holding your operations hostage.
AI used where judgment is needed, rules everywhere else
Classifying, summarizing and drafting are good jobs for a model. Moving a field from A to B is not. That is a rule, and rules do not hallucinate or bill per token.
Error handling and alerting
When an automation fails at 3am, someone finds out. Silent failure is worse than no automation, because you stop checking.
Why us
The four things every US buyer asks, answered up front
These are the questions that decide whether an agency gets hired. Almost nobody answers them on their website. We do, before you have to ask.
Open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Our working day, on a calendar you can book — not "we're flexible". Calls, screen shares and decisions happen inside it, and anything urgent outside it has a named person and a phone number rather than a shared inbox.
You never pay for work you have not seen
An advance to begin, then one payment per phase, each scoped and approved in writing before it starts, demonstrated before it is invoiced. Full code and IP ownership transfers on final payment. It is in the contract, not just on this page.
A US contract, under US law
Your agreement is with LabTechCrew LLC, a Texas limited liability company, governed by Texas law. One entity to hold accountable.
You pay us like any US vendor
ACH, domestic or international wire, card through Stripe, Square, PayPal, Wise or a company check. Invoiced in USD with a W-9 on file. Nothing for your finance team to escalate.

FAQ
Dallas: common questions
Why n8n and not Zapier or Make?
Zapier is excellent until volume makes per-task pricing painful, and it caps how much custom logic you can express. n8n is open and self-hostable, so cost stays flat as you grow and the workflows remain yours. If Zapier is genuinely the better fit for your scale, we will set that up instead.
What if our process changes?
You get the runbook and the diagram, and the workflows live in your own account. Small changes your team can make. Larger ones we quote per change. There is no retainer you have to keep paying to keep the lights on.
How quickly does this pay for itself?
For a workflow consuming five or more hours a week, usually within a quarter. We measure the before number during the audit specifically so this is arithmetic rather than a promise.
