Brand strategy
Decide what you stand for before you design anything
Most rebrands are a color change wearing a strategy costume. This is the other work: who you are for, what you actually do better, what you will refuse, and the exact sentences your team uses to say it.
Who this is for
You are probably here because
You look like every competitor and you compete on price because of it.
Three people in your company describe what you do three different ways.
You are entering the US market and what worked at home is landing flat.
What you get
Everything below is in the scope, not the upsell
Buyer and competitor research
We read what your competitors actually say, and what your buyers actually complain about. Positioning built without that is decoration.
A positioning statement you can defend
One paragraph naming who it is for, what changes for them, and why you. Short enough to remember, specific enough to lose someone, which is the point.
Messaging architecture
Primary message, three supporting proof points, and the objections you must answer on every page. This becomes your website copy, your ads and your sales script.
Voice and tone with real examples
Not "friendly yet professional". Actual sentences: how you open an email, how you decline, how you price, how you apologize.
Naming when you need it
Candidates screened for domain availability and obvious trademark conflicts before you fall in love with one.
A one-page brand brief
The whole strategy on a single page your team will actually reread. Everything longer gets filed and forgotten.
Proof
Where we have done this before
Real projects. Every claim on their pages is one we can evidence.

Why us
The four things every US buyer asks, answered up front
These are the questions that decide whether an agency gets hired. Almost nobody answers them on their website. We do, before you have to ask.
Open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Our working day, on a calendar you can book: not "we're flexible". Calls, screen shares and decisions happen inside it, and anything urgent outside it has a named person and a phone number rather than a shared inbox.
You never pay for work you have not seen
An advance to begin, then one payment per phase, each scoped and approved in writing before it starts, demonstrated before it is invoiced. Full code and IP ownership transfers on final payment. It is in the contract, not just on this page.
A US contract, under US law
Your agreement is with LabTechCrew LLC, a Texas limited liability company, governed by Texas law. One entity to hold accountable.
You pay us like any US vendor
ACH, domestic or international wire, card through Stripe, Square, PayPal, Wise or a company check. Invoiced in USD with a W-9 on file. Nothing for your finance team to escalate.
FAQ
Brand Strategy: questions
Is this not just marketing fluff?
It is fluff when it stops at adjectives. It stops being fluff when it produces the exact sentences on your homepage, the objections your sales calls have to answer, and a written list of the work you will turn down. That last one is how you tell whether a strategy is real.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks. Research and interviews first, then a working session with your founders, then the written strategy. It is deliberately short; this work goes stale if you let it run for a quarter.
Do we have to redesign everything afterwards?
No. Sometimes the strategy confirms the identity is fine and the words were the problem. That is a cheaper and better outcome, and we will tell you when we find it.
